Collaborate Closely With A Designer From The Comfort of Your Home
Rejuvenation Home Studio’s Virtual Design Service not only offers practicality and convenience but also recognizes the importance of self-care through interior design to rejuvenate the soul. While it shares similarities with our other services, there are distinct differences:
Aside from the initial Zoom consultation, all communication is done electronically via our secure Client/Designer Studio. This virtual platform ensures a smooth and efficient exchange of ideas and information throughout the project.
You will receive a full design plan electronically, complete with floor plans, suggested layouts, a color scheme, a mood board for inspiration, implementation guides to help you bring the design to life, and shopping lists (with clickable links) for effortless product exploration and purchase.
Virtual Design Process
STEP 1: Initial Information Gathering
After purchasing the service, you’ll receive an invitation to our Client/Designer Studio via email. Here, you’ll complete our Online Design Questionnaire, providing us with insights about your needs and preferences. Additionally, you’ll upload photos of your space to help us understand it better. We’ll also ask you to create a Pinterest inspiration board to capture your design vision.
STEP 2: One-on-One Consultation
You’ll have a one-on-one consultation with our principal designer at Rejuvenation Home Studio. During this conversation, we’ll delve into your requirements, budget constraints, and design aspirations. You can schedule this consultation at your convenience.
STEP 3: Refining Your Vision
We’ll continue the design process through the Client/Designer Studio, refining your room’s design and solidifying your overall vision. Our collaboration will ensure that your design plan aligns perfectly with your goals.
STEP 4: Design Development
Sit back and relax as our team at Rejuvenation Home Studio works diligently over the course of 8-10 weeks (or more, depending on the project’s complexity) to craft a custom design plan for your intended space.
STEP 5: Receiving Your Design Plan
We’ll deliver your comprehensive design plan through the Client/Designer Studio. This package will include a floor plan, suggested furniture layout, a color scheme, a mood board for inspiration, a shopping list with clickable links for easy exploration and purchase, and an implementation guide to bring your vision to life.
STEP 6: Revisions (if Needed)
Based on your feedback, we offer one round of complimentary design tweaks to ensure your complete satisfaction.
STEP 7: Shopping
You’ll have the option to purchase items directly through the links on the shopping list or through Rejuvenation Home Studio, making it convenient for you to acquire the recommended furnishings and decor.
STEP 8: Implementation at Your Pace
With your design plan in hand, you can implement your interior design at your own pace. Whether you choose to bring your vision to life all at once or gradually, the choice is entirely yours. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
